Blanch Broccolini in a large pot of salted water for 2
minutes. Drain immediately.
Melt butter in a large sauted pan, Add lemon zest/cilantro and stir,
add Broccolini and heat for about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, salt and
pepper, serve hot.
1 bunch Broccolini
unsalted butter
½ lemon, zested
Some lemon juice
Salt / pepper, fine cut cilantro
